Startup problems in Acrobat pro

I'm on a Windows 10 machine and Adobe PDF is locking when I open attachments from Outlook. The product completely locks up. Look at these screenshots.

What exactly have I posted here?

First, this is the locked picture of the Acrobat opening this file from an Outlook attachment.

This is the version of Outlook:

2nd, is the Windows Version

3rd is the proof that my Windows version is current.

Finally, this is the adobe acrobat version:

Finally, I've attached the file but can you try to make the Adobe Acrobat Help version be more sticky for screenshots for support?

Please let us know if the issue occurs with this particular file. Did the issue happen when you save the file locally and then open it in Acrobat?

Thank you for sharing the screenshots and version details. We are trying to reproduce the behavior. Please share the steps you use to open the attachment from Outlook.
