Status Update for bug # ADC-4552912.

For what is worth, I’ve been through the Enterprise support process add another voice to the request for long file name support (over 255 characters) in Acrobat Pro - 

The Adobe engineering team is now working on bug # ADC-4552912.

We were also able to reproduce this issue internally and we will share all info related to this bug on priority including the ETA.
This support case does not require further troubleshooting. Hence, we will now close this support ticket as the bug investigation continues.
We will notify you of the updates, and if you want to track them, you may send an email to "ecs@adobe.com" or acrots@adobe.com with the bug number
