Stop Auto-deduction to my Creditcard

Question

A pleasant day po.

I would like to stop the auto-deduction of my subscription to my BDO credit card. I have unsubscribed for a long time. I can no longer keep my subscription due to my financial instability. I am a single parent with a younger child who needs milk and a diaper. I can't have the luxury of keeping my subscription.

Hoping for a kind consideration regarding this matter. I also pray that you can help me make a refund of my previous payment from the time I cancel my subscription.
