Hey, I wrote a document with Word then I converted it to PDF format.

But it's extremely strange I have annotations about the police, the size of the characters and so many useless things I don't want of and I don't understand why the functionnality even exists.

I want to read only what I wrote, not these annotations or whatever you call them ( the things I circled).

Sorry the file is in french cause it's my native language and sorry for my bad english.

Those are track changes in the Word document. They're not PDF comments. So you'll need to go back to Word and remake the PDF without track changes as part of the PDF. This article may help: https://www.howtogeek.com/232125/how-to-print-a-word-document-without-the-track-changes-marks/
