Did you create the PDF?  If so, what program was the document initially in, and how did you convert it to PDF?

If you did not create it, the problem may be from the appropriate font having not been embedded in the PDF creation, or a 'non-standard- font having been used on the document's origin computer.  Have you tried opening that file on another computer?  If so, does it behave similarly?

    Thanks friend, i dont create the document. In other computers i dont have any problem with the document
