Stuck in Frozen Acrobat on MAC

I can't close Acrobat or shut down computer! 

I have a paid Adobe sunscription.

Why is this happening and what is th solve?

    Apologies for posting in the wrong space. I just don't know any better.

     

    Problem resolved by logging out of desktop app, logging into online account, then re-logging in to desktop app.

    I do believe this is from the MAC IOS update!!

    does it save your stuff when you reboot?  do you have to end up strting your document all over again?

    generally, if an app freezes, whatever file is opened will be corrupted.  that's why saving frequently with increasing version number appended to the file name is recommended.

    I am having the same problem, Acrobat on Mac keeps crashing, it happened after the latest Mac software update. Even after a full uninstall and reinstall the app keeps crashing. This is a nightmare, I have a deadline this evening and I need Acrobat.

    reset your preferences

    force close it, restart your computer and then reopen acrobat to see if there's still a problem.
