Students discount needed for one product

Our school dropped our adobe acrobat pro subscription and now I can't use conversions. I need to be able to use pro. But 19.99/month is extremely high for one program. Our family can't afford that extra expense. Now they still give the subscription too 3 if your services so please let us know what you can do about the price and email me ASAP.

Is there isn't a student addition that there must be a corporate or a sponsorship that can made. In this case as well this is a consumer product according to the byelaws should be able to offer me a loyalty discount as I was previously and most recently a full-time subscriber through my institution. The simple fact that you have offered me absolutely no resource, we have not built any type of a relationship. I am honestly disgraced and I feel and deep disloyalty. How about you do me the justice that is deserved and get me in touch with a manager within the company so that we can find an acceptable payment arrangement. Otherwise I don't intend to ever do business with someone who takes a little interest in what my actual concern and or objective which is quite obvious when you read my message.

What law says loyal customers should get a discount, in what country? It sounds great, but every business I deal with does the exact opposite. New customers get the discounts.

 

Adobe has student 60% discount on the all apps plan (for the first year), but no student discount for Acrobat.

 

Why should Adobe give you a discount when nobody else gets one, just because you ask?

Operations chain management, is a structural system that explains the importance of relationship for a global product. But consumer affairs canada would love to receive the simple fact that you have insulted me and refused to treat me as a value or with dignity and respect. Secondly CRTC bylaw states I should have a case # and next a supervisor or manager to speak to, because you have only advised me new customers get 60% but you haven't given me directions or steps to getting that. Lastly I asked for discount so I could afford it, not because I had any dishonourable reasons bc I have given my institution drawbacks but you have insulted me and discouraged me from feeling like more than just a # who $$ for a product. I have advised of steps I will take, and now that you have crammed and slammed and done nothing at all to help me other than to insult me, I will be filing my claims. You have 24-48 hours to resolve this  disgraceful communication and hold yourself accountable to resolve my issue professionally with courtesy to a loyal consumer before I report your actions and your attack on my person via insulting me.
