Submit button won't work for school email address

I have created a form and added a submit button connected to my school email address that ends @k12.sd.us. This pops up:

I tried using my personal gmail address that ends @17413941 and the submit button works and opens an email with the form as an attachment.

How can I get the form to submit to my school email address?

If the submit button triggers a script, please post the script. If not, what action and settings are you using?

The pop up in my post is the only thing that shows when I click on the "submit" button. Is there somewhere else I should look for more details on that?

In Adobe, press Ctrl + k to open the preferences, then select the Email category, then select Add Other from the Add An Account dropdown, and add your school email details.
