As we have checked the account details using the email address you are logged into the forums, you have a subscription for Acrobat Pro DC. You can check the details for your account using the steps given in this help document: Manage your Creative Cloud membership

You may also contact support using this link: Contact Customer Care  ((sign in with your Adobe ID to begin > select Account issues > select change or upgrade my membership > show me my contact options > and choose from chat or phone).

Just to motivate you to contact Adobe... this is a monthly subscription and it will happen every month until you deal with it.
