Question

I have an active subscription on my iPad and iPhone, but every time I open the app to edit a document it asks me to subscribeI have an active subscription on my iPad and iPhone, but every time I open the app to edit a document it asks me to subscribe. How do I fix this? I have uninstalled and reinstalled the apps on both devices.

We have checked your account with the email address used to sign in here on the community page. There is no subscription listed under your account.

As you have mentioned that you have an active subscription, would you please confirm if you use a different email address for that?
