Subscription Acrobat prints with boarder on 11x17 paper with 11x17 original.

Question

My old purchased acrobat would print an 11x17 original on 11x17 paper. The subscription acrobat prints the same with a boarder. The advanced meny shows a 1" boarder but it is grayed out and can't be changed.

I can use crop and cut off the boarder. It will print properly then but this is cumbersome for multiple sheet prints. How do I kill the auto boarder?

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry about the trouble caused.

Please try to check the printed settings for your printer once. Also, could you please share the screenshot of the Advanced settings you mentioned here?

Since you are using Acrobat to print the file, please share a screenshot of the print window settings used to print the PDF. Also, please share the machine's Acrobat and OS version numbers.
