Subscription cancellation

Hi. I'm trying to cancel my plan. I had a plan for R286.20 which I successfully cancelled but now on my banking app, there's a purchase for R1486.00 from adobe trying to go through but I did cancel. Please help. I can't cancel the R1486.00 purchase for some reason

If you’ve already canceled your R286.20 plan but see a R1486.00 charge trying to go through, it’s possible that the second charge is tied to a different Adobe subscription—maybe an annual plan or a renewal that wasn’t canceled in time. First, log into your Adobe account and check all active plans under “Manage Plan.” If nothing shows, contact Adobe Support directly—they can confirm if the charge is valid or help reverse it. Also check if the charge is pending or posted on your banking app; pending charges may drop off if the subscription was truly canceled.

We are here to help you. I see that you had purchased Acrobat standard subscription under the same email ID as with the community. The susbcription is now cancelled and we see no charge under the account. Did you receieve an email? Do you mind sharing a screenshot of the email?
