Subscription Error 6?

This may not be the right place for this question, but I tried teh support folks and the person with whom I was chatting, "Ashish," seemed not to understand my issue and told me to just go use a computer instead of my iPad. I have a Creative Cloud "All Apps" subscription and I have downloaded the most frequently used apps to my iPad and was using them just fine. Today when I tried to log in to Adobe Acrobat I got a subscription error (noted in the image below). What's interesting here is that I can. access the app on my phone (I just downloaded and tried without error)m but keep getting this error message on the iPad. IPad Pro 2018. I'm at a loss as to what to do. The "support:" guy insists i can't use the app on my iPad, but I know he's wrong.

Never mind. 

I did the old "reboot" deleted the app, turned off and on the iPad, then reinstalled the app. that seemed to correct the issue.
