Subscription is expired, don't know why

I apologize for any confusion, and I can confirm that your Acrobat subscription is active.

Based on what you're describing, it appears Acrobat is signed in under a different profile than the one associated with your active license. When this happens, Acrobat can display subscription or purchase prompts even when an active license is present.

Please sign out of Acrobat and sign back in. If you're presented with the profile chooser, select the other profile and then launch Acrobat again.

What version of Acrobat Pro are you using? Are you signed into your Adobe Acrobat application with your Adobe ID?

First, you want to be running on a current enough version of Acrobat Pro to be able to reactivate the program. If you are, then sign out and shut it down. Then open it once again and sign back in. You’d be amazed at the little things will fix.

Note: It’s very important for you to be running on a current version of Acrobat Pro before you do this. If you’re running on an old, obsolete version of Acrobat, this will make things far more difficult.
