Successfully installed Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020 on MacBook Air 2020, but won't open

I purchased an Adobe Acrobat Pro 2020 software download. I was able to download/install it, but when I try to open it I get a message recommending I sign up for a 7-day free trial.

I installed Adobe Acrobat Professional 2020 (20.0) Mac MUN. I downloaded it from Staples.

It sounds like you installed Acrobat DC, not Acrobat 2020... Where did you download it from?
