suggestion...'back and forth links'

In a pdf document, when a figure is referenced, usually there is a link, 'Figure X' for example, which takes you to the respective figure. But going back, from the Figure X to the part of the text where the figure was referenced it has to be done by scrolling up. I'm wondering if wouldn't be possible to have a 'back pointing link' at the level of the Figure X which could take you to the part of text where the figure was referenced.

That would be also very helpful going back and forth between the citations and paragraphs where the citations were referenced.
