Hello.

I have a questiona about possibiliti to open and verify files e-signed in .xades e-signature format.

For example file abc.pdf.xades is generated after signing abc.pdf.

Adobe Reader when trying to open such file shows information like in annex.

Is it possible to enable somehow support for .xades files in Adobe Reader?

I need function of opening + signature verification - no neccesary to sign anything.

Bests.

As far as I know Acrobat only supports PDF files.

Acrobat can handle signed PDFs which have the signature data embedded into the PDF. You on the other hand appear to have a file with a PDF embedded in its XML signature, i.e. you immediately only have an XML file and not a PDF file. Thus, you either need a program to extract the signed PDF for opening it in Acrobat or you need a custom viewer that does so under the hood.

I realize that. However I wonder is there an option to make Adobe to open those .xml type files without extracting pdf from them.
