Support!!! Foreign to Adobe!!!
SInce support is so bad and overview is so bad. This might be posted in the wrong community. I am pretty sure it is, but cant seem to find the right one.
I ask myself who is copying whom when it comes to worst customer service ever? Adobe Microsoft or Microsoft Adobe.
Been 1.5 hours on hold, because two agents from somewhere cant figure out my account. The team keeps closing my open support tickets. There only suggestion is chaning settings so my computer and account gets vulnurable. That is a solution to a problem? For adobe it is!
But back to the issue. On hold for 1.5 hours unitl the system kicks me out. Then you try to find help online as the last message tells me just to find out that the virtual assistant is a joke and drags you a gazillion of questions just to let you know, that they dont care about any problems and I should check out the community.
My next quesiton is, where will this community send me to get help. The customer run-around is a for real also at Adobe. Nobody knows anything, it is always the other team.
Very sad. Worst implementation of support. Also the virtual assistant is a joke. The options you can select don't even cover all the real MAIN issues.
Adobe should have a guy try using their own systems to get help, without phoning anyone on the inside.
