Supprimer une cible de référence croisée

Quand je veux supprimer une cible de référence croisée dans "option de cible d'hyperlien", ça affecte la cible suivante par ordre alphabétique. Voir illustration en pdf.

What app does you use? It is not Adobe Acrobat.
