Question

switch between accounts

I made a general acrobat dc account at work where I process bills, then my boss accesses that account to approve and sign the bills.

But he has his own acrobat dc account also.

Instead of logging in and out of the two accounts every time bills are to be approved, is there a way to make two different shortcuts, one that opens each account?

Or, the best solution would be if I could share these bill files and folders with his other account.

Thanks for the help!

Hi Firstlighththomecare,

Looks like a scenario where two persons add comments/stamps on a PDF with same Log-in account and want to categorize the comments by its author.
If this is the case, you don't need to log-in/out.
You just need to change the author of the comment according to your choice.
Please follow the steps to change the author of the comments-
1. Open any PDF then open "Preferences"(on Windows, use ctrl+k and on Mac cmd+k).
2. Select "Commenting" and un-check the box "Always use Log-in Name for Author name".
3. Click "Ok" to save and close Preferences.
4. Now add any comment, right click on it and select "Properties".
5. Select the "General" tab of the Properties window, change the author name according to your choice and then tick the chcek-box "Make properties Default".
6. Click "OK" to save and close the properties window.

Please let us know if it helps.

Regards,
Arvind

Hi Firstlighththomecare,

Sorry for the delay in response.

If your question still has not been answered, then would like to add here that you can not access to accounts simultaneously on same computer.

As mentioned above, you cant make two separate icons for the same application signed in with two different email address.

You have to sign out from one and then sign in with other one.
