System Administer

I assume you're using Windows for your operating system. You'd want to get with your IT people to have them set it up for all users from their administrator account.

But you might be able to use it anyway. Try this:

1. Find the Adobe Acrobat icon using the Window icon in your Windows taskbar. 

2. Right-click on it. Choose the Run as administrator command from the flyaway menu.

Let us know if it opens up when you use the Run as administrator command. Or if it doesn't. Depending on what happens, there are different options for helping you past your issue.
