TAB key is creating comments, not advancing fields. Why did this change happen? How do I reverse it?

I have no idea why this would be forced on anyone without some sort of notification. I cannot find any setting for advancing the field using the Tab key.

Please, stop updates which fundamentally change the program without alerting people. Rolling back to old versions shouldn't be the 'fix', simply communicate the changes. PLEASE. Or this will no longer be my choice for a PDF editor.
