Table irregularity inconsistencies

I have a large document with many tables inside of it.  One page is giving me a table irregularity issue.  I remediated the single page using a program and the stand-alone page has no issues with it.  However, when I add it to the larger document (368 pages) it gives me a table irregularity and I cannot figure out why.  It's fine on it's own, but not in a combined file.  I cannot figure out for the life of me what the issue is.  There are no changes when I add it to the larger document.
