    Hello,

Thank you for reaching out, and we are sorry to hear you are experiencing this on one of your computers.

Since the issue is occurring only on one machine and not the other, this points to a local credential storage issue on that computer rather than an account or licensing issue.

Please try the following steps in order:

Step 1 — Clear stored Adobe credentials from Windows Credential Manager

Open Windows Credential Manager by searching for it in the Start menu. Under Windows Credentials, look for any entries related to Adobe and remove them. Restart the computer, relaunch Acrobat Pro, and sign in again.

    Step 2 — Delete the opm.db file

If Step 1 does not resolve it, sign out of Acrobat Pro first, then navigate to: C:\Users[YourUsername]\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\AdobePCD and delete the opm.db file. Restart the machine and sign back in.

Step 3 — Check for updates

Go to Menu > Help > Check for Updates, install any available update, and restart the machine.

Note: If this is a personally owned computer, the steps above should get you back on track. If this machine is managed by your organization or IT department, we recommend checking with them before making changes to stored credentials, as security policies may be affecting how Acrobat retains your sign-in session.

Please let us know which step resolves the issue and we will be happy to assist further.
