I don't get to use the pre-made template. I get a message that something is wrong, but I can't figure out what. Can you help me?

    Thank you for your reply.

    I’m trying to get a signature from our customer. But the template that i use is not working. Se Picture, it says «sorry, something went wrong»
    I can not open it and do any changes/ fil in information.
