Templates corrupted with signature

Hello everyone, 

We have created several pdfs signature templates and the templates themselves have the fields set up perfectly. However, whenever we use those templates to "send them" out for signature, several fields are flipped sideways and it is not allownig up to change the fields back. We've called adobe support but they are unable to help. Has anyone else experienced this as well?
