Templates not available on Acrobat Pro desktop

I have just bought Acrobat Pro, and I can use the web-based version. However, when I install Acrobat Pro (presumably it is Pro; the link always goes to an Acrobat installation) on my mac, some features are missing. Specifically, I can't see the templates that I created on the web-based version, nor can I see any way of creating a new template on my desktop. Any help would be appreciated.

@birgit_0949 Acrobat Pro does not inherently have the exact same interface or access method for all the same templates as Acrobat Web. If you log into adobe.com, with same log-in ID that you used for the web version (making sure you are signed into the correct account) if you were to click on Acrobat,  what happens? Or better, if you have Creative Cloud Desktop App and install it from there.
