It appears to be a compatibility issue. You may try the troubleshooting steps suggested in the following help document: Acrobat installation errors. As it is an old version, there is not much that can be done from our end.

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry for the trouble caused.

I would like to inform you that Acrobat 2017 is an old version, and support for this ended in June 2022. For more information, refer to the following help page: End of support for Adobe Acrobat 2017

If you are installing it on a new machine, please ensure you have deactivated the application on the old machine. Signing out of the application will not deactivate it. Please refer to the steps suggested here: Deactivate an application.

El tema es que ya no lo puedo descargar, necesito descargarlo aunque no tenga soporte ni actualizaciones.

Do you get any error message when trying to download the application?

Acrobat 2017 is an older version and has never been tested on the latest available OS version. It may not work with the latest OS versions.
