@juanb13848552 first of all, please do not write in ALL CAPS—it's a form of screaming or yelling (net eqtituette). 

We can't update your computer, you need to do it on your end! If I had the capabilities to hack into your computer, I likely be in jail! 

You need to make sure you are logged into the correct account. I have two Adobe accounts, but, I get mixed up when I choose the wrong ones. If the software is up-to-date and your license is active, the file itself might be corrupted, or the application might be stuck. Try opening a brand new, empty file, or a very old file that you know used to work. If those open, the issue is with the specific recent files.
