Tengo un problema para firmar PDFs en Adobe Acrobat DC / Reader en macOS usando un token ePass2003 / FEITIAN / Macroseguridad. Error PKCS#11 Código de error: 0x30

Estimados, ya probe todo y sigo con el mismo problema al momento de firmar, me aparece una ventana con “ERROR: 0X30:

The PKCS#11 error code in Acrobat on macOS is often caused by a communication issue between Acrobat, the PKCS#11 library, and the private key stored on the token.

Please check the following:

1. Check macOS compatibility: Some older FEITIAN/ePass2003 drivers were designed for Intel Macs and may not fully work on newer macOS releases or Apple Silicon devices (M1/M2/M3), especially with Acrobat’s current security sandboxing.

2. Confirm the correct PKCS#11 library: The module may load successfully, but not fully support signing operations on your macOS version. Please try:

• Reinstall the latest middleware directly from FEITIAN/Macroseguridad.

• Ensure that you remove older libraries before reinstalling. 

• Check whether the vendor now provides a .so or updated .dylib specifically for newer macOS versions.

3. Grant permissions in macOS

• Go to System Settings > Privacy & Security

• Allow permissions for Adobe Acrobat, Token middleware/drivers, and Smart card components
