Text and image disappeared and paying?

Hello

 

 

This symbol here has disappeared from my Acrobat and I don't know how to make it visible again. Well, actually I do, I have to log out - which confuses me even more... When I am logged out, it re-appears, but when I click on it, it tells me I have to buy a paid version. But I already have a Pro version through my job.

 

So everything is very confusing. Where has this symbol gone and why does it not work (anymore) with Pro?

If it doesn't recognize your subscription the application defaults to open as Reader, which doesn't have editing capabilities. So the solution is finding out why it's not picking up your subscription (through your job). I would report this to your IT department and ask them to sort it out for you.
