Text become unreadable after using the edit function to add text on pdf

Hi

 

I have a user facing the intermittent issue when add text to the existing pdf. Some part of the text will become unreadable after saved. Anyone know what is the issue and able to provide the workaround or solution?

Reopen the file after edited and savec the text will become like this

    Hi Ginger,

     

    The fact that some numbers are showing and others do not, AND that Minion Pro is pervasive throughout the Mac world is very very strange. Is there any chance that you can share one of these document? Suggest PM for that.

      Hi Gary

      This issue is intermittent as I cannot produce the same error on the same pdf file that user reported. And i dont think i can share the user documennt here.

        Try a other font.
