Text Bleedthrough when Selecting Text in PDF

In Acrobat Pro on Windows, has anyone ever had the problem of selecting text only to have the previous page's text on that line bleed through? As I'm selecting text, it's showing me the text from the previous page. (Screenshot 1) When I release my mouse button, the actual text shows up. (Screenshot 2)
