text box justified alignment

is there any method availalbe, besides enabling rich text formatting and leaving instructions on the page, to force a text box to have justified alignment?

 

I have an output text field that is gathered with a script and placed into a text field. Is it possible to make this destination text field be justified instead of left aligned?
