Text Box keeps copying from one box to other.

Hello,

I am using a document that has text boxes in 4 quadrants. When I am typing text in one box, and when I move to the next box, it copies the 1st box's text to the other ones. I erase the text in the rest of the boxes and it deletes everything I just typed. Can anyone explain why this happens and how to fix it? I literally cannot use this document with it like that.

You mean the titles of the fields or the text boxes? There are 4 separate parts that are different, and now that I think of it, there are 5 parts!

The names of the form fields must be unique.

This happens when the form fields have the same name.

Thank you. But how do I solve it? I didn’t make the document; my supervisor
did.
