Text changes to Vertical in Fillable Form

When a Fillable form goes out to employees the text goes vertical when they are filling out the form. What do I do to correct this issue? Can I formate all fields at the same time?

I have struggled with this problem, and discovered that changing the text font in the original Excel form from Arial to Calibri fixed the issue.

Is it not vertical when you test the form? Have you checked the field rotation? Is the page rotated? What tool are they using to fill out the form? and what tool are you using to create the form?
