Text Comment is locked, can't unlock (Grey box)

my Acorat pro version 2024.002.20759

The text comment is a grey box that is changeable; it cannot be edited or deleted.

Does the problem or configuration have a solution?

Go to comment properties (comment tool → right click comment and select 'properties') check that 'locked' checkbox is not checked.

it can't click change on it.

Did you create that file, or it was created by someone else and shared with you?

It could be that document's properties doesn't allow making changes.
