Text Comment Properties - Default Changing

Has anyone run into issues with text comment properties changing? After updating, the text comment properties default changes, even when checking the box that is supposed to save properties as default.

    Sorry for the delayed response. 

    Please ensure Acrobat is updated, to check for any pending updates, launch Acrobat> Help > check for updates. 

     

    Ensure the following preference is checked. Launch Acrobat, Press [ Mac -> Cmd + K, Windows -> Ctrl + K ] 

    Preferences Window > Adobe Online Services > "Sync Preferences across devices and document services." If it is check and still happening. Please record a video to show the problem at your end. Also, let us know the Acrobat version and operating system name and version.
