Text disappeared, showing only comments

HI there,

I have edited a long PDF on Acrobat Reader with comments and texts, I saved it but now when I open the pdf I only see the comments but no the text. Any suggestions?

    Please let us know if the issue occurs with other PDFs. This seems to be a weird issue. Try testing with other files to confirm.

    If possible, share the original and screenshot of how it appears after you save the PDF. 

    Share the Acrobat and OS version details.
