    Are you using Windows? If so, either update to the latest version: Windows 11, 25H2, KB5086672) or downgrade to a previous update (the last KB number).

    We need a bit more information. What software are you using? What exactly are you doing and what is happening? Does this happen with all documents? Can you share a sample document?
