Text duplicates after hitting tab

I'm new to editing pdfs so please keep answers simple.

I have a form and just in one field, when I hit tab to go to the next field, the information I enter in the field triples. How can I fix this? It doesn't do it in any of the other fields.

Which field? The part that says "Scope of Work"?? Because there is no other field with that name. Can you please be more specific? As I said, I'm new to this.
