text field that compares other text fields

I have a 2 page pdf. On page one there are five text fields labeled SCOOTCodes1, SCOOTCodes2, SCOOTCodes3, SCOOTCodes4 and SCOOTCodes5. On page two there are text fields labeled  T001 through T024 and have corresponding fields labeled SCOOT001 through SCOOT024 fields. On page two the SCOOT001 through SCOOT024 fields are used to tally. I would like the text field SCOOTCodes1 on page one to look at all the text fields on page two labeled SCOOT001 through SCOOT024 find the text field with the highest number and fill it with the corresponding text field. For example, SCOOTCodes1 looks at the text fields SCOOT001 through SCOOT024 and SCOOT002 had the number 10 (the highest number of all the fields) in it and SCOOTCodes1 would fill with the corresponding text field which would be T002. SCOOTCodes2 looks at the text fields SCOOT001 through SCOOT024 and SCOOT010 had the number 8 (the second highest number of all the fields) in it and SCOOTCodes2 would fill with the corresponding text field which would be T010.
