Text forms with the same name asynchronized while creating combined PDF file

Hi there,

As many other things that are not working properly with the new update, it seems that there is a problem with the synchronization of the forms in combined PDF documents. When I try to create a combined PDF file with copies of the same page, the text forms having the same name do not synchronize from the active page to the other pages. However, it is working properly for the form having the same name in the active page. If this can help, I am working on a iMac with OS Sierra.

Does anyone has a fix for this?
