Text Frame Extent Cropping

Is there anyway to turnoff or adjust smaller (white circles) on the text fames and commenting boxes? It is impossible edit the text when working on a large size document without zooming in. Not everyone works on 8.5 x 11 documents. Thank you.

I am not aware of anything to specifically change the size of the grab handles, but there is a function to tell Acrobat what screen resolution you are using. There is an option in Acrobat's preferences under "Page Display" where you can set the display resolution, but as far as I know this does not have any effect on the size of the grab handles, but it's probably worth trying.
