Text hidden after adding accesibility tag

Question

After trying to add accessibility, text just disappears. It is still there, but acts like there is an overlay on top of it. Bring to front doesn't help. See image where I moved a text box to the margin. Text boxes are still there, but cannot be seen.

As you mentioned, the text disappears after you add the tags. Please confirm if it happened with this particular PDF.

Please share the steps you used to add the tags, along with the PDF, so that we can check it on our end. It would be helpful if you could share the video of the steps and the issue.
