Text moving when I save a filled pdf

I have filled a long pdf and saved it to send for signature.   Now the answers in the text boxes are saved in the centre of the text boxes and not wrapping to start at the top lhs.   Much of the long paragraph answers I provided are not visible as they ae in one long line

Why has this happened and how can I change all fields to revert back to normal.  TIA
