Textbox erstellen- kopieren- mehrfach einfügen

Ich habe folgenden Use Case:

In einem PDF mit lesbarem Text (ungeschütztes, frei bearbeitbares Dokument) fürge ich einen Text ein --> Edit-Text hinzufügen

Diesen Text kann ich dann mit dem Pfeilwerkzeug auswählen und ich sehe einen Rahmen mit 6 Anfassern.

Ich schaffe es nicht, diesen Rahmen zu kopieren und wieder in das Dokument einzufügen, also ein eigentlich einfaches Copy-Paste des Rahmens samt Inhalt.

Wenn ich den Rahmen anklicke lande ich fast jedesmal im Text. Wenn ich es tatsächlich schaffe den Rahmen zu erwischen, habe ich auf dem Rechtklick die Copy Option, aber wenn ich dann an anderer Stelle einfügen möchte fehlt die Paste Option.

 

Gibt es für diesen Use Case ein einfaches Vorgehen oder ist das tatsächlich so kompliziert oder gar nicht möglich?

Thank you for sharing the details and the version of the Acrobat application. Would you mind sharing a small video recording of the steps you are taking and the issue as it occurs, so we can try to replicate it at our end and isolate the issue for the fix?

We can conclude this topic. I accessed my computer using Remote Desktop to work with Acrobat. This was not a good idea because you cannot see how the mouse cursor changes when you move it over the boundery box of the text box. The mouse pointer changes to a cross, and then you can move the text box by left-clicking. You also get the context menu for copying when you right-click while the mouse pointer is displayed as a cross. The crucial point was the change in the mouse cursor as soon as you move the mouse over the boundary box of the text box. This does not work with remote desktop access. However, this is not a problem with Acrobat, but with Remote Desktop. Thank you for your patience.

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out. We are sorry for the trouble you are experiencing. 

 

Would you mind sharing the version of the Acrobat application and the OS you are using? Go to Help  About Acrobat and make sure its updated to the latest version 25.01.20693. Go to Help > Check for updates and reboot the computer once. 

 

Also, once you manage to catch the frame of the text box, simply use the Ctrl+C, Cmd+C to copy and Ctrl+V, Cmd+V to paste it elsewhere and check if that works.

I work with the latest version: 2025.001.20693

Basically the copy paste of the textbox works but it is very tricky. You have to right-click exactly on the very thin boundary box of the textbox to get the context menu with the copy command. Then it doesn't paste where you right click but somewhere else. To move the pasted textbox in the right position you must again clik very precisely on the boundery box. The whole procedure is slow and not intuitive. Is there a trick to work just with the whole textbox, so that I can cklick somewhere within the box and move it to another position?
