Texts keeps shifting

Can somebody help? I’m trying to edit text in a pdf and every time I start typing the whole text shifts to the right off the page. I've been stuck for days and Adobe customer service is not open on Sundays.

    Editing the static contents of a PDF file is never advised, and can be very tricky (depending on how the file was originally created). If you have access to the original file make the edits there and then create a new PDF file from it.
