The Acrobat Adobe website keep crushing and reloading

Every time I sign in to the Adobe Acrobat website, whether I’m trying to read a file I received via a link or simply entering the site without the link, it keeps restarting, reloading, and crashing.

I’ve cleared the cache, tried different browsers, and used incognito mode. None of the above helped.

    Could you please share more details about the issue? How long have you been experiencing the issue? Is it an IT-managed machine or an individual machine? Which URL are you trying to access?


    For testing purposes, please connect the machine to a different network connection, like a guest wifi, a wired LAN connection, or a mobile hotspot connection, and try accessing the website and the link you are trying to access. Try accessing the same website on a mobile device and check.
