Hello Anand Sri,

This is a Windows machine

The version of Adobe is 2015.006.30419

OS is Windows 10 version 1709

Trouble shooting I have done is:

Uninstall - reinstall Adobe Acrobat

Uninstall - reinstall Office 2016

Uninstall Adobe Acrobat and install an older version

Uninstall Acrobat and install DC again

When I click the buttons on the Acrobat ribbon I get the error "The Acrobat PDFMaker Server could not be loaded. Do you want to run the installer in repair mode?" When I o a "File" and choose the "Save as Adobe PDF" I get the same error. If I click "File" - "Print" and choose "Adobe PDF" from the printer options it works, I can even see the printer properties successfully.

I my readings on line someone suggested going to "Acrobat" - "Edit" - "Preferences" - "Convert to PDF" and change the settings on the Office products there, but they are not in there. I think this might be the issue.

Thank you for your help
